Kim Moran

Client Success Manager

Kim Moran has nearly 20 years within the banking and finance industry. Her career spanned from credit underwriting to project management but concentrated around learning and development and client relationship management. In 2012, Kim joined Evoke as a Producer. Since that time, Kim’s role has expanded to a Program Manager and the Lead Producer for the company.

Kim has experience working on technical platforms such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, and HPVR as well as SameTime and Live Meeting. Her role as Program Manager offers her the opportunity to work with clients such as Citi, US Bank and Abbott to schedule their training events to meet the needs of their trainers.

Kim holds a B.A. in Economics/Accounting from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and has studied Six Sigma and has a Green Belt for a DFSS Project.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, including travelling to new places. She also practices yoga and is dabbling in learning how to cook!
